The process of maturing does not mean to become a captive of conceptualization. It is to come to the realization of what lies in our innermost selves.† -Bruce Lee. As humans we are not perfect we are brought up in a world where we are thought by everyone to be what society expects us to be. Unfortunately, a lot of people never accomplish self-actualization and free themselves from this monotonous life cycle most people live in and die still being in the same state of mind. Self-actualization can be defined in many ways, â€Å"represents growth of an individual toward fulfillment of the highest needs; those for meaning in life, in particular† according to Maslow is the best definition. It’s almost like the whole human existence is fighting this battle internally without even knowing it exist and how to overcome it.
